Ready to dive into the world of sock knitting?

This class is perfect for adventurous beginners ready to

expand their skills! We will be using Summer Lee’s pattern The

I’m So Basic Sock to guide you through your first top-down

sock.

Prerequisite: You must be comfortable with knitting and

purling before class begins and preferable have knitted in the

round.

You’ll learn:

✔️ Knitting in the round on small needles

✔️ Working heel flaps and turning heels

✔️ Gusset shaping and finishing toes

✔️ The magic of sock construction

Dates: Saturday’s, October 4, 11, 18 and 25

Time: 1:00-2:30 PM at The Knotty Goat

Materials Needed:

• Needles:

– US Size 1, 9” circular OR

– US Size 1, 32" or 40" circular for Magic Loop

• 1 skein (100g) of sock yarn purchased at The Knotty Goat
