Fan Gear with Doodles

Ready to turn your favorite winter sports team into wearable colorwork?  This workshop is all about using Doodle to design fun, personalized team gear --- no complicated charting required.

Join us for a planning session exploring how Doodles make colorwork accessibe for team-spirit projects.  Whether you're cheering on your favorite hocky team, skiing squad, or any winter sports fandom, this class will help you map out how to bring that team spirit to life with color.  

We'll cover how to select and size Doodles for your team's colors and logo-inspired motifs, tips for placing designs cleanly within your project, and guidance on choosing the right pattern and materials for your idea.  By the end of the class, you'll walk away with a finalized plan --- and the confidence --- to start your own team gear project.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner

Skills Participants Must Already Know: This workshop assumes a prior understanding of colorwork knitting or crochet.  If you're new to colorwork knitting or crochet, consider signing up for a colorwork 101 course or a private lesson to get the best start on your fan gear project.
